The foundation for lifelong learning is built during the toddler years. It is during these critical years, from birth to age three, that the brain undergoes the most rapid development. These sessions will help moms nurture early learning as well as connect with other Black moms.

About the event
The research is clear - the achievement gap in schools starts well before a child enters their formal schooling experience. As a Black mom, educator, and current doctoral student, it is my mission to make sure Black families have the information and resources they need to help their children thrive in school and beyond.
The three-part series includes:
- Math (June 7th)
- Language and Literacy (June 14th)
- Creativity, Confidence and a Positive Sense of Self (June 21st)
